transfer ticket purchase from one date to another

What specific challenge or problem does this idea solve?

If someone purchases a ticket for a recurring event but cannot make it and would like to use it the next time. Would help to keep headcount accurate for capacity and pay for event instructor accurate.

How should this work?

Add an option to the drop down menu that exists.
