Please show "drop in classes" in a students history

What specific challenge or problem does this idea solve?

I have an adult student and I need to see when she was in class - history doesn't show drop-ins

How should this work?

Please show classes attended in history regardless of whether they were registered or not.

Who will benefit (Admins, Staff, Students)?

Literally everyone. Staff, teachers, and the student

How will this change impact your daily tasks or overall experience?

To figure this out, I had to go through every single adult class through the season. This is insane.
