A report that lists the dancer's classes - instructor with a comma between each class.

What specific challenge or problem does this idea solve?

Our studio mails out progress reports in February. All dancers receive a report which lists each active class and teacher in a separate row. Presently, the report we must generate and export to excel, doesn't have a comma between each class that is listed so it cannot be delimited. Since this type of information is not currently available, we must generate a report that shows the class information and then manually separate each class into its own column. Then we must manually attach the teacher to each one of the classes for all the dancers.

How should this work?

The report needs to include: Dancer's Full Name, Parent Full Name, Address, Active Classes with Instructor listed, each class listed per dancer, is separated with a comma.

Examples: Ballet II (Tiffany), Jazz II (Emily), or Ballet II - Tiffany,

Who will benefit (Admins, Staff, Students)?

This would save us many hours of work to complete these reports.

How will this change impact your daily tasks or overall experience?

It will save a great deal of time and enable us to complete our mail merge when printing the progress reports and envelopes.
