Make fixed tuition for one season.

What specific challenge or problem does this idea solve?

This would create the ability to have students on fixed tuition during just one season and when they register for another season they'll be charged that season's charges.

Example: students on fixed tuition during the regular school year will be charged the summer season's tuition rates when registering for the summer season.

How should this work?

You should be able to select which season or seasons a student's fixed tuition is for.

Who will benefit (Admins, Staff, Students)?

Admin and students will benefit.

Right now it's a lot of work to make sure people aren't charged the wrong amounts, and a lot of fixes after the fact which annoy the clients.

How will this change impact your daily tasks or overall experience?

This will save me SO much time and make me feel like I can rely on the software instead of feeling like it can't handle what I need it to do.
