Enhance Lead Report with Clickable Contact Information

What specific challenge or problem does this idea solve?

When I run the daily lead report please have the persons information clickable so I can email or contact them directly. Right now I can't even see who the leads parent is or their email.

How should this work?

when i run the daily lead report - please have it link back to the parent or person who booked the trial or lead. I need to see the parent and the kid who is taking a trial class. or have their email attatched so I can email the parent form that information instead of having to go back into the leads and search parents one by one to see if that kid belongs to them. It's taking me 30 minutes to contact 1 lead.
