No Class and No Class Range to appear in Portal with Reason/Comment (Fall Break) Merged

Now that we have the No Class option it would be nice to mark if you'd like this to appear in the Portal Calendar with a comment or reason. Something like “No Class” or “Studio Closed”. It would be nice if there was a comment or reason that would appear in the portal calendar so that people see that it is closed and the reason why (Fall Break, Christmas Break).
