What specific challenge or problem does this idea solve?

It allows us to make our marketing emails more personal.

How should this work?

There should be an option in robo mailer to add a field from the registration form, which in this case woud be parent name, but could be helpful to have other options.

Who will benefit (Admins, Staff, Students)?

Parents/prospects will benefit from a more personalized feel which will greatly effect enrolment.

How will this change impact your daily tasks or overall experience?

Doesn't change functionality. Doesn't make things any more difficult, just better.
