Percentage discounts that are specific to individual seasons

What specific challenge or problem does this idea solve?

Please add an option under "Special Rates" for individual seasons that allows for percentage discounts in addition to dollar rates.

How should this work?

Who will benefit (Admins, Staff, Students)?

This would benefit all DSP users and allow an additional option if classes have different tuition amounts during a specific season that do not follow general discount/special rates.

How will this change impact your daily tasks or overall experience?

This would be very beneficial for season that include camps and intensives that have varying hours and tuition costs. At this time, it is not possible to offer a "multi-camp" discount if tuition varies across weeks.
