Add Sub-title between Sessions and Classes

I am trying to find a way to add a sub-title between Sessions and Classes in our Adult Drop in section. So, when someone choose the session, it would first go to the class title, and then to a page to choose the specific clas date. For Example... Click on Adult Drop ins Spring 2025 goes to Adult Ballet Basics goes to Ballet Basics Tuesday - 2/4 or Ballet Basics Tuesday - 2/4 or Ballet Basics Tuesday - 2/11 or Ballet Basics Tuesday - 2/18 etc. etc. So, how can I add that second step/page?
