What specific challenge or problem does this idea solve? |
The need to have an outside mailing system like MailChimp to create newsletter style emails. WITH the ability to EXCLUDE certain classes from receiving emails, rather than having to do each class individually if you want to exclude 1 class. |
How should this work? |
the ability to customize emails better by adding photos/headers directly into the body of the email, rather than photos as an attachment |
Who will benefit (Admins, Staff, Students)? |
Admins/staff will benefit from having to use an outside mailing system, saving time transferring over emails, or sending out multiple of the same email to different classes. The students benefit from a more aesthetically pleasing email without having to open up attachments as well as not receiving multiple of the same email if they are in multiple classes. |
How will this change impact your daily tasks or overall experience? |
I dislike the personal error transferring emails to an outside program in order to have better emails. As well as managing different tags. This keeps all my communication in house. |
You can select multiple classes as once to email and you can add images directly into the email body, they do not have to be attachments. Please contact DSP Support if you need more help with this!
