Enrollment and Registration Froms

Please create smooth form so it is easier for new users to simply come start registration process followed by Enrollment followed by AutoPay, rather than to and fro between registration and enrolment and autopay.

There should also be an option to select between enroll for the class or take trial class (so they dont have to register for AutoPay). Making it more intutive, have Trial members then been sent email to complete enrollment with Autopay.

It is too clumsy and new members just dont join becasue it is so clumsy.

THis is so important to have intutive form for registration and enrolment!
