Make birthday

For customers who use the platform for adult classes, allowing quick self-registration is ideal. We don't care about anyone's birthday, but a "parent" creating a student (already cumbersome enough) has to provide the information. Interestingly, if we create a student on the backend no fields are required, so functionality doesn't seem to rely on it, which should mean making it optional would be pretty easy.
