It would be helpful to have a report that shows us active students enrolled in a class. We have students who are trialing so they're active but they aren't enrolled yet. I need a report that tells me how many students we have who are enrolled in a class.
Agreed. A report to show enrolled students as a whole (not by class) that excludes scheduled trials. I want one number that tells me that on <this day> I have <this number> of paying customers in my studio regardless of what class they are in. For example, today I have 168 students enrolled in my whole studio that are paying customers and not trialing. Why do I have to go to each class individually to see who is paid and who is trialing. I get how great that option is for the 'in the moment' scenarios but I mark the progress of the studio as whole on a weekly basis and I cannot do this easily with DSP.
The above comment is correct, and you can also make a custom report with all students enrolled in class. Please contact DSP Support for more help!
You should be able too see active students by season at the top of the student page. The default is "all active", but then next to that there are tabs for the seasons with the number of students that are enrolled in a class for that season.
