It would be very useful if the payments listed what they cover. For example, a prent was asking about a payment that was in her portal for $195.00 and it only said "Online Registration" The only time a class name is listed is if I manually input it on a charge. It wuold be helpful for staff and clients to see what costs covers what class post registration.
You can consider turning on including Class Names with registration, under Magic > Online Registration >Settings tab > Add Class Names to Memos. You can also include class names when posting tuition. Please contact DSP Support for more help!
