Hi there. It would be helpful when I go to a student, for on the right hand side like I can click on absences, if I could click on trials and see what class they trialed in. Instead of having to go thru each class and look that way. We have a lot of trials and this would help a lot!
Hi there! I had another question, we have a teacher who is going to be doing admin as well. How do I get her a separate admin log in? I���ve done it before but I can���t remember how to do it now.��

We���ve been struggling with some transaction journals and things being allocated incorrectly so I just wanted to ask about a few accounts before I do them and mess it all up����
Can you look at the following accounts and let me know if the money not allocated needs to be allocated to something or if it���s just extra in the account please?

And then her competition fees are $45. But only $35 was allocated to that. How do I fix that?

Hi there. I just tried to call and got sent to voicemail, I tried to leave a voicemail and then it hung up on me. So I'm assuming you didn't get my voicemail. So I have a few more questions.
1. Last name Jackson- Charlie and Rylie. It says what is due total for both girls right now is $700.95. But in their accounts, there are more charges on their account that equal more than that. And I can't figure out which transactions are the ones equalling the $700.95. Nothing I'm trying is adding up. So I need to know what to allocate this payment to.
2. I do a weekly report on how many trials, new enrollments, drops, and our total enrollment. I need help figuring what to look at, because currently what I'm looking at can't be right! It says last week total students is 384 and we had 4 new enrollments and it still says 284 students. and we didn't have any drops. So I'm not sure what I'm missing here.

Hi DSP! I have a few questions I need assistance with, please! Our ID # is��28447.
1. Most of the emails we get from DSP (Payment confirmation,, emails from parents) go to our "other" folder in our email instead of our main inbox. Do you know how we can fix that?
2. Millie Regan signed up for Auto Pay but wasn't charged when Auto Pay went thru, do you know why that would be?
3. A lot of our dancers accounts in the transaction journal will break up their class tuition like $25 class tuition and then $115 class tuition and it equals the correct amount, but it is confusing. I was wondering how we can get it so if their tuition is $225 that class tuition payment says $225 and isn't broken up into smaller amounts.
