How do I get a statement of account activity for a date range for a single family????
The Following report is useless as has no detail (ie payments & charges) and you cannot choose a single customer only all customers?

You can view a statement for a specific family by going to Parents > Click on the Parent > Parent Actions > Print Statement. If you want to change the date range displayed on the Parent statement, you could consider going to More > Tuition and Statements > Statement Settings and editing the date range there. Let me know if you have additional questions!

Just to make sure I understand you say I could consider doing the following ....
To print a statement for a single customer for a date range I have to change the date settings in More, Tuition & Statements for the entire session ( all my customers ). Then go back the parent page I need the statement from and print/email/download the statement. Then go bake to More Tuition & Statements and change the date settings back for the whole session.
Is there no simpler method of printing a statement for a date range for a single customer? Is the same process necessary to print statements for multiple accounts across a date range? Is there anyplace within the software to set a date range for statements other than changing setting for the whole session? This seems a very basic feature for business management software, even dance studios.

I just followed the directions and the dates on the statement do not include a year. Any way to get that info added? Just says October 1 or November 1. The date range at the top could go back to 1999 however far back you want I guess but the charge dates have no year listed??!!?!

Hi there!
Thanks for followin up! At this time, the best way to adjust the dates on a statement is to adjust those dates under More > Settings > Statements & Receipts. There is not a way to have those dates show the year, but I will pass that along to our Development Team.
We'd love it if you could also add that feedback in the Idea Portal - the Team monitors the Idea Portal closely when creating their project list.
