Upload File to charge students different amounts with different due dates

It would be useful to be able to upload a file that would assign charges in different amounts (with appropriate transaction code) to multiple students at once. This would be exteremely helpful in posting charges for competition entry fees when some students have one dance fee and others have multiple.
