Allow online ticketed fundraising options to collect payments.

I would like to do my own ticketed fundraisers to be able to sell the tickets online just like recital. For example: I want to do a Jambalaya sale for my Competition team dancers. I would like to sell the tickets online for purchase just like recital, but when filling out the information I can add a dancers name so that I can apply the right % of sales towards a certain students account.
