CANCELLATIONS

HELLO

It would be good to have a button in the portal called : ' Cancellation Request" . This would simply link to our email , same as the contact us button, and the customer could follow our procedure to provide 4 weeks notice in writing to cancel their place (contract). At the moment they have to use the Contact us button which is okay but a button with a specific name might be helpful. I know you can add in the 'parent opt out of auto pay' button ...but who wants that in the parent portal where it can be switched on and off depending on finances each month !

However, it would be better to have a clearer place to 'request a cancellation ' within the parent portal. It would also be great then to pull up that report before each billing cycle so no one is ever missed. Great to know if other studio owners agree.. Jacqui
