Is there a way to have parents have the same view as us users for their statements? My parents are very confused as to what credits have been applied to which charges. They also are confused when they login and see a large past due balance (our Recital fee due Nov 1st, Costume fee due Dec 1st). These fees are entered the beginning of October and then parents panic when they login and see the large outstanding balance. No matter how many times I tell them it isn't due yet, they freak out. Could there be like "Past Due" and then next to it "Upcoming Fees" or something like that? So they know their account is actually at a $0 balance but they do have fees coming?
It does get confusing when our statments look one way and then their's look opposite. It gets harder to explain to the customer. I recently changed my statements to show only the current month, so its showing the "$0 balance" there but it still shows the big red negative on their homepage and then they start asking me which one is correct. There has to be a simpler way for this.
Agreed! Parents are so confused by the statements that I have stopped sending them as it creats more confusion than help.
