Allow for individual students to have a set discount for registration fees, the same as they do for tuition fees.

We use registeration fees for many one off or one week classes and so we use registeration fees instead of tuition for those. However many of our dance students get a discount on these additional classes. Having them use a promo code everytime is ineffective as they recieve different discount ammounts so being able to set up a specific discount for registeration fees for each student would be extremly helpful. It is already being done for tuition so please add it to apply to registeration fees as well.
