Have a new form option when current students sign up for additional Season.

As seasons change we often need to gather new information. It is not always reliable to have parents go in and update these things. If we could add an "update your info" form when a parent registers for a new seaon that would be great. One example is for our camp season we need to know if their child wants to be paired with another camper (but we don't need to request that info for any other season, and it may change from year to year so being able to ask that at the start of each seaon would be ideal.
