Add an option to create a special registration fee for a group the same way you can create a special tuition.

Outside of our regular dance classes we offer many other programs that require a 1 time registeration fee (ie camps and production classes). We have a group of students who sign up in our "academy" and they get discounts on those classes. Right now I have no way to give them that discount unless they call us and sign up. I also cannot use a promo code because we register for more than 1 activity at a time and they don't recieve the same discount across all activities we are registering for and only 1 promo code can be used per transaction.

Being able to have an option of a special registeration fee would be extremly helpful to us!
