Allow us to physically type in the time when entering teachers hours instead of time-consuming scrolling.

I have to enter my teachers hours manually for each class they teach and it would be a big help to just be able to type the time directly instead of the constant scrolling and choosing the time. So time consuming to sit there and scroll and correctly pick it.
