History Page - I need to edit the Drop Date and it doesn't allow that

When someone turns in a Drop Form with the date they are requesting the Drop to take affect. We never got the Fax so they emailed it in a couple weeks later when we followed up saying we never received your fax. It makes a huge difference on the Refund amount.
