2nd Email to receive DSP Scheduled Payment Failed

Only the primary email can receive the DSP Scheduled Payment Failed emails. As Office Manager, I would love to get these too so the owner doesn't have to always watch for them and forward them to me. So I am proposing they set up a way to have a 2nd email also receive these.
