Multiple Teachers File Upload

We upload a summary of our staff meeting notes to each teacher so that they can refer back to what we talked about and so it's all in one space where it doesn't get lost. Right now we have to go into each individual teacher and staff member's profile and upload the document, there is no option to upload for multiple teachers at once. If there was, it would would take much less time to upload files and more time could be spent on other administration needs.
