If 2 factor identification is going to be required, we need to be able to choose how we receive the code - email, code generator or text. I have limited texts and data, so I do not ever use it for 2 factor identification (I will forgo 2 factor if that is the only choice). Any other website I use that requires a code (as opposed to it being optional) allows the user to choose how they want to receive it, so it should be the same here.
Please either enable this before October 21, or delay the requirement until you are able to offer all three options.
