It would be better if the address was form boxed instead of free form text - street address in one field (box), city, state and zip in their own boxes. This gives us the abilty to do mail merges. Having the mailing address as free form text prohibits us from doing mail merges.
It would be great if the system would not allow one to save or progress through the process without filling out all of the fields, like, street, city, state, zip should all be different fields and must all be filled out completely.
