I love that you are now able to save a payment method for additional parent contacts, however I would like to be able to set up a recurring payment plan for that parent with their saved payment method - and automatically send them their receipt with their name & details on it.
This is a great option for those parents who are divorced! I have many students where dad pays for dance but parents are not cordial to each other therefore do not want the other parent to have access to account information. It is a pain every month to remember to manually push payments for these parents. It would also help in the circumstances where grandparents, aunts, uncles, etc pay for a student's dance classes.I set all of my parents on an auto payment plan when they enroll into auto pay. This way monthly tuition payments are then TRULY automatic! I also set parents up for a payment plan for monthly recital costs as well as performing team costs. Being able to add the ADDITIONAL CONTACTs on an auto payment plan would be awesome!
YES!!! This would be amazing especially for divorced parents both needing to have payment plans.
