I have certain groups of dancers who need to sign off a extra policies / contracts for some of the things they do through the studio. Prime examples are my production cast and my competition dancers.
Currently I have to use a Google Form for these, which isn't as helpful as having the policies signed off on right in the portal. If I put them in with the rest of the policies at registration, it would confuse the families who aren't part of those groups.
Ideally:
I would be able to add a waiver to a specific class before it opens for registration. When a dancer registers for that class, the waiver would automatically pop up and need to be signed before they can checkout. If I am manually added them to the class, it would pop up the next time they log in to their portal.
I would also be able to add waivers to a certain group of dancers and the system would prompt them to sign the waiver the next time they log in to their portal. Bonus points if the system automatically emails the student and parent to let them know a waiver has been added that they need to sign.
