When someone registers mid-month, and the tuition is prorated. I need to figure out what the monthly tuition will be to tell the parent. It would be great if DSP, could calculate the monthly tuition payment and put it right there on the screen for me, and, also in the registration email. I believe this shows when they register online. We need it to show on our end, too.
Right now, I am training two new front desk associates. They are very overwhelmed. There are so many steps and going back and forth between windows.
