Run a income report

I have tried to run a income report and used the following:

Income by location & Income by transaction code. These reports are not income reports, they appear to be payment reports. Please could you direct me to a report that gives me total income ignoring the payment element. In addition, do you have any features that compares data? I appreciate you can export into excel but the format does not work and makes it really hard for data review. Is there a way of just getting an excel list of data without gaps etc Thanks
