Post Costume Fees prior to season start date

We need to capability to post costume fees via the costume console for a season prior to the start date. I prep my entire season before it begins. I would like to have the option in the pull down menu (Classes - Costume Console - Season) for a FUTURE season. My recital season start date is not until Sept 24th however, I would like to post costume fees TODAY (Sept 21st) & I can't.
