see instructor when scheduling

In addition to seeing the instructor names in the Appointments and Private Lessons confirmation email, it would be helpful to see which instructor is being booking if an admin is setting up an appointment from the calendar side. It would also be extremely helpful to be able to edit appointments instead of canceling to make a correction or reschedule. Parents sometimes get confused with all the emails and don’t think to check in their portals. Of course those emails are helpful still for tracking, but a rescheduled confirmation email would be better.
