Attendance Complete button at bottom on attendance page

The Attendance Complete button is at the top of the attendance page in the Class Manager for teachers which requires them to take attendance and then scroll back up to the top of the page to complete attendance. This is time consuming, confusing and logistically doesn't make any sense. This button needs to be at the bottom of the page so that teachers can take attendance, click the button and get class started.
