Add student measurements to "Costume" tab on parent portal.

It would be beneficial for parents to access/see their students measurements in the "Costume" tab of their parent portal. This would eliminate staff having to copy their sizes into an email. Also adding a button "send sizes to parent" in the costume section of a students profile would be helpful.
