Family Max Tuition

I would like to be able to have a family max tuition for families with multiple dancers/multiple classes. This would be an amount you could attach to the Parent, and then when they register for classes or pay tuition, it would be the maximum the system could charge them. (with exception of bill separtely classes, etc)
