Please make a way so that one student can have TWO parents, not not just one parent and one 'contact'. I want to see the student listed/attached to both parents. I want the emails to go to both parents. The parents both want emails. Even with all the correct boxes checked, parents are being left out.
It's just common sense - whether parents are married or divorced, etc, most kids will have TWO of them. We need the option.
We have a parent that has 2 kids in the studio but one with a current spouse and one with an ex. I can't give him access to both accounts under the same email....
Agreed. We often have issues when both parents want the emails.
Both parents should also be listed on the Student information form that can be printed out. We print these forms out for emergency contact purposes.
Currently this form lists "Classes" then "Parents" but only the primary parent is listed. Even when there is a second parent entered on file.
