Parents should only see what is due in "You Owe" in Red on their portal. It causes stress and they do not understand why they have such a huge balance. We put in all of our competition charges on a monthly payment so parents can pay off ahead of time if they choose. When they see a huge "YOU OWE" in red balance, they want to know why we are trying to collect what is not due yet!
Please make "YOU OWE" only what is due now
YES. I get so many questions and there's so much confusion. Its okay to show the full balance, but if we can make it to where it shows what's actually due now, and then what's to be paid in the future.. it would clear up A LOT of confusion. for my people and myself. I'm having to respond to emails and tell people what they need to pay instead of them being able to log in and clearly see what needs to be paid.
It is really a problem with our parents and they want me to make it stop showing them balances that are NOT due.
