Allow all staff/teachers to view all classes for easy Substitutes

By allowing all teachers/staff to view all classes in the Class manager you make for easy subbing. We have several teachers and when it comes to substituting for a class all teachers are able to sub if available. Right now we are running into the problem where teachers cannot see anyone else's classes in the class manager. While we're able to print roll and the teacher is able to retroactively go in and correct attendance, it adds extra steps and isn't very eco friendly.
