Add a "CLEAR ALL" option on fixed tuition.

Hello,

I am aware that you can clear fixed tuition by going to the fixed tuition page and manually setting them to 0, so please do not mark this as resolved again. What I am requesting, as the title implies, is a "clear all" option so that all fixed tuitions could be cleared with one click rather than entering each one as 0.

It would be extremely helpful for resetting for new seasons and would be much more efficient than going in and manually setting them all to 0. It also erases the risk of missing any.
