It’s a pain to reschedule appointments because we have to cancel and rebook and change the transactions on the student profile. It’s too many steps and can be messed up too easily. Can we just have a feature where we can move the appointment to another day/time?
You can consider going to the appointment calendar and then you can drag and drop the appointment to the new date and time! Please contact DSP Support for more help!
