Contact pending registrations

Please make a way to blanket email parents who have registered but not paid for classes (from the pending registration page)! Sometimes they do this just to check the price and other times it's because they want to bring a check but we need a way to contact these people (ideally in a blanket email) to remind them they haven't finished registering. If we could send something right from the pending registration page that would be ideal and a time saver!
