Entering NO-Dance dates once for a period

We find it tedious to have to input the no dance dates for every season/term even within the same year period. It would be useful to be able to put in NO-Dance dates for one whole year (period) once. These are generally public holidays and school holiday close dates. We know this can be done because we used to have this function in our previous system (DanceBiz)
