A report showing dancer retention information, preferable with a 'by teacher' option as well

We would like to see a report that could help us track retention and that would have some filters included. Some ideas for this would be overall retention from season to season of all active dancers, retention of students by teacher season over season (or by a date range that can be altered), and perhaps even a retention comparison where we can see how many classes the dancers attended in each season to see if dancers are enrolling in more classes season over season. It would be very helpful to see who has not returned so that we can provide a personal follow up to these families to get feedback to help our studio to grow. It would be helpful to have functionality to allow us to select the families from the dropped list to email them in bulk as well. Thank you!
