Add button to allow reoccurring private lessons to follow studio "No-Show' dates for the season.

Adding an option like this for reoccurring appointments will help staff inputing lessons not have to back track in deleting dates the studio will be closed. Having a clickable box to allow the lesson to follow "studio season No-Show dates" would be very helpful and less confusing for parents.
