Request for Transaction Order Adjustment in Parent Portal

We have received feedback from parents regarding the display order of transactions in the Parent Portal. Currently, the oldest transactions appear at the top, with the most recent ones at the bottom. This setup requires parents to scroll down to view their latest transactions, which can be inconvenient and time-consuming, especially when managing multiple entries.

Request:

We would like to request a modification in the system so that the newest transactions are displayed at the top of the list by default. This change will enhance the user experience by allowing parents to access the most relevant information more efficiently.
