Allowing admins to toggle off sizes that aren't used

There are so many types of possible sizes to enter for each student, which is great if you need all those sizes. For our studio, we typically only need the basics: bust, waist, hips, girth, inseam. We don't need sizes like neck or t-shirt size. It would be helpful if there was a way to "toggle off" or hide sizes that we don't need to record.
