Dropped Student Report

If I'm somehow overlooking a report that's already in existence, forgive me, but I can't seem to find exactly what I'm looking for. It would be so helpful to have a report with the names / classes / contact info for students who drop within an adjustable time frame. We have the "Future Drop Report," but I'd like to see who unenrolled, for example, between January-May last year. Or who left during our 2022-2023 season. It would also be SO helpful to have that report include any notes associated with the student (so if they only switched classes, for example, and dropped one class in order to move to another, we could see that note and not include them in our total tally of students who truly unenrolled).
